Hotel Indigo London-Paddington

We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The attached restaurant was excellent. Overall, it's a nice, clean, attractive hotel, extremely convenient to Paddington Station (and thus Heathrow Airport), and we got a great. The rooms are small but comfortable, and our heating issue may have been an isolated incident (and we didn't bother reporting it). The hotel was great. The staff members were friendly. The room was a nice size, well furnished with modern upgrades.

Through Priceline I was able to get the best pricing and we had a fabulous stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived at Paddington Station via the Underground (subway) from Heathrow airport and when we got the streets the location was easy to find, at most a 2 minute walk from the main exit. When we got back to the hotel, our bags were brought to the room and once in the room we were pleasantly surprised. The design and feel of the room was very contemporary. The beds were comfortable and the size was larger than we had expected. We enjoy staying at boutique style hotels and Hotel Indigo Paddington fit the bill. The hotel was very conveniently located only a half a block away from Paddington Station. Paddington Station has a direct express train to Heathrow airport. The Underground rail service is also located at Paddington giving you access to all of London in minutes and places like Windsor, Hampton Court and Oxford are within an hours train ride. The hotel was very clean and modern. The room we stayed in was small but comfortable with free WiFi which is something more expensive hotels in London make you pay for. If you desire more space then there are deluxe rooms available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was very safe as being close to the busy train station there is always activity, but not noisy. We never ate at the hotel as there where restaurants all around the hotel that where less expensive. We did have deserts and coffee at the hotel which was good. I would stay here again. ...read more

We had a WONDERFUL stay and would recommend this hotel to any London traveler. We plan to come back and stay here on any of our London trips. The rooms are beautiful with great bathrooms. They are well laid out and provide good space in which to do work. The rooms are quiet; you do not hear any noise from other rooms. The restaurant is great with great wait-staff.
